In Temtem: Swarm you upgrade your Temtem with Perks.
Perks can be any of the following:

Evolutions in Temtem: Swarm

Temtem can evolve in Temtem: Swarm just as they can in the original game of Temtem.
With evolutions Temtem will get increased stats. If the evolution has different typings, then the typings of the Temtem will also change.

Techniques in Temtem: Swarm

Temtem: Swarm will feature various known and unknown techniques from the original Temtem game.
Techniques are upgradeable whenever a Temtem gains a level, up till a maximum level for each technique.
Whenever a technique gains a level / upgrade, the effects or stats of the technique will change.

Temtem: Swarm will feature various known and unknown gears from the original Temtem game.
Each Gear has their own rarity, ranging from: Common, Uncommon, Rare, and maybe more.
Gears are upgradeable whenever a Temtem gains a level, up till a maximum level for each gear.
Whenever a Gear gains a level / upgrade, the effects or Gear will change.
